Hi team,

I fear I may have missed my window to login and stop my account from being suspended (I used to receive emails reminding me to login every month, but didn't get one over the switch to DirectAdmin)

Is my inability to access my account related to suspension or switchover?

Is there any way to recover my databases or access mySQL?

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Note that you should never rely on emails as the sole reminder, make it a habit to login regularly instead.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.
