Hello.
When I try to login to my account it gives me this message:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.




An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

I also get an error when I tried to login via FTP.

Could you take a look and see what is going on?

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

Does this mean that 30day reminders of suspension are no longer going to happen?

They should be returning. The necessity of changing to DirectAdmin unfortunately meant that the reminder system was not going to be ready in time. Please watch the news and announcements forum to find out what will happen.

I advice you to not rely on email as your sole reminder to login (though going forward at least it should be a suspension first allowing you to restore it yourself from the suspended state within 21 days), it has been known to end up in spam folders for some as well. In my opinion it is also wise to login a bit more often then once a month, as a means to keep yourself informed about upcoming changes.
