Sign Up error

When i try to sign up for free hosting account...

it give me this error....

"Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date."

What should I do? :|

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

Login there with forums username and password. After that open this http://x10hosting.com/signup.php
If still got this message, post back
