Hi All,

Last week during a cPanel update it introduced a bug into DNS. We've had non stop issues since regarding new sign-ups and anything related to changing domains.

We're waiting for cPanel to fix this issue still as we do not have access to the files we need to do it ourselves. We also have our datacenter involved in getting this resolved.

Our latest update from the DC is this:
We have not received a response from cPanel as to the status of this issue yet. I have re-updated the ticket requesting that they please provide further information. This is definitely a difficult issue to troubleshoot due to this issue being dependent on closed source parts of cPanel. We were also unable to find much information in regards to this specific issue, though we did identify that there are other cPanel users that also have this problem. We will get back to you with more information as soon as we hear more from cPanel.

Thank you,
Davy S.

cPanel staff has been connected to our main DNS server for about 2 hours now but have not yet provided an update. I have shut sign-ups off until this issue is resolved. I will update this thread when I have further information.

If you are able to login to the account panel at http://x10hosting.com/account that means your account exists.

So if you can login to the account panel but the site is not coming up, it is most likely because of this issue.

I believe named is now working correctly. I am syncing the DNS zones, once finished any that were not working should start working. We have A LOT of zones so this may take a bit.
