Sign-up Problem at Step 7

Having troubles with sign-up for free web hosting. I get to step 7, fill in everything properly, hit the submit button, and get an error message. When I go back and try to repeat, it tells me my email account is already being used, so it's accepting my account but not letting me proceed with registration. I've tried several security settings on 2 different web browsers and still no joy.

I could really use some help. Thanx.

Hello,

Do you know what the error message was that you got the first try?

I should have saved it, but I failed to realize it was something other than your typical random Internet glitch. I can try to recreate it if that would do any good.

And thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

Hi volpone,

According to your account information, it seems like you were able to successfully create a hosting account. Do you still need help? If so, could you provide some more details as to what exactly your question is? Thanks.

Yes, I can still use the help as all I've been able to do so far is tie up email addresses without finishing the registration process. I reserved the URL rareaffaire.x10hosting.com but have received nothing confirming it, and when I go back to try to re-apply, the domain still comes up as available, yet the email address I used to register is "taken".

Okay... here's the process.

Step 1: completed
Step 2: "the email address you have supplied is not available"

So I can't even recreate the glitch using the same information. Oh, and if it's of any help, the first time I tried to register using Opera 10.10 as my browser, the second time using IE8.
