Sign Up Question

Alright so I signed up for Ad-Free hosting a couple days back and at that time they were on hold and I believe Corey said they would start up again. My question is how will I know when my account is created? I go to the home page and sign in and it says to link my account but it won't let me because there is no account created. Then I thought maybe it was my request didn't go through so I went to hosting and it said "You already have a hosting account, us it" but I don't? Also if I am in the que is there anyway to see my place in the que?
