Signed up - Can't login to CPanel nor FTP

I have signed up but I can't login to cPanel nor FTP. My account is unsuspended, so it's not that. And before you say type my username/password correctly, I have checked many times, and I even copy and pasted the username/password, from the activation email in, to make sure.
Can u reset my password? maybe that will do the trick.
