Please go to your Account Manager and make sure that the email address you entered is the correct one. You may have made an error in typing when you entered your email address during sign-up.
@adamparkzer: The option to change your e-mail is only available if your listed e-mail is confirmed (at least for the first change). I just made me a test account to check that.
@streiff: I will escalate this ticket, as I want you to confirm that the e-mail listed is correct, and I don't think that should be done in public.
