Signing into this forum to avoid being suspended

I was just wondering if you still have to sign into the forum to avoid being suspended? For some reason when i overwrite my files in my ftp upload it doesn't appear to be updated.

And now my homepage is showing:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Yes you do once every two weeks. I am guessing the file permissions are wrong. Try setting them to 755. Also most of the time you won't notice the change because your browser cache's the page and you see the older version. Clear your cache files after making changes.

Your permissions are set to 700 that is why. I have changed the permissions. You should be able to see your site now.
