Signup confirmation e-mail

I tried to sign up and got an e-mail saying there was a problem, but where the problem should have been there was only a "1", it sugessted that I sign up again and I duly did but of course when I got the second e-mail to confirm signup, it told me that the username I was using was already taken.

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: the username supplied already exists. (code create_1)​

I'm getting just a little fed up now, I've re-registered as youy suggested with a different username and now it's telling me the dns name is already registered.

I don't want to change the dns name and I don't really want to change my username, it's the one I've used for the best part of fifteen years and I've mamged to be floorboy everywhere I've registered,

I've now signed up for the third time, I appreciate your help but If it can't be sorted, I'll go elsewhere, I'm not going to go throught he signup yet again and use yet more names and passwords.

Pleas be kind enough to let me know if this can be sorted out as I'm determind to get my site up and running as soon as possible, I've spent the best part of six months teaching myself to use Frontpage and compile all the content.
