Signup Error

Hello Everyone,

I am having issues signing up for an account. I have sifted through a couple of the forums and found nothing. Please help!

I am having issues signing up for an account.

What sort of issues?
When asking for help:
1) Describe exactly what you are trying to do
2) Post any error messages. "Doesn't work" or "Having issues" is not an error message.
3) Describe any other things you have tried that have failed.

I am trying to register a domain for free hosting at the following occurs:

1.) I receive this error:
Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.

Reason
We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.
Please try again at another time.

2.) I have tried multiple domain names, all of which are available so that can't be the problem.
