Signup Issues

I'm trying to sign up for a free hosting account but there's some weird stuff going on...
I think the signup has worked, since I can login to cpanel on boru but the control panel still shows it as pending and doesn't let me view or edit any of the settings.
Is it possible to remove what looks like an extra registration request that's stopping me editing my hosting settings?
