Is there such a thing as a really basic slideshow or carousel script out there!?
Maybe something in jQuery I've missed?
No fancy crossfades or movement, no buttons that only appear if you hover over the image, just a good old click on custom next / previous buttons to get the next image 'kind of thing'
Must be able to include a caption under the image and the next / previous buttons have to be outside the image area and defined & built by myself
The images will be pulled in from a database (MySQL with PHP), so the image refs and captions have to be able to be filled out using an array.
If I had the knowledge I'd build it myself, but I don't
