Dear Friends,

Since June 14th I have no service... my website is suspended on the net but active in the account control panel... I can not access the Cpanel also... I´ve trying to get it back up and runing with the wonderful help of our first line support guys, but everything seems to be failing.

Yesterday again this issue was escalated, but unfortunatelly seems that no one is paying attention on your side... this is my ticket info:

ticket id AHG-227577 status Open department \ type General ticket priority Low ...

I know that this is a free service, but it is kind of frustating beign ignored.... :frown:

Does anyone can help me???... Is there a way to change the status of this ticket to perhaps to medium priority??.

Tickets aren't responded to that fast since we get a lot of tickets.
