Since the database in my cpanel is now empty

where can i see my database files ??

If you are looking at this on the left side of cPanel --> [ MySQL Disk Space 0 MB ] - it is always zero

In cPanel (not x10hosting Basic) --> [ Databases ] --> click on phpMyAdmin icon

In phpMyAdmin on left side select a database --> then on left side select a table

thanks, I guess im just used to seeing files in the My databases section.
