I have received a suspension for high usage it seems and I went through the automated steps to remove it but it came back as Not Applicable. The only thing I ask is if I can go into the wordpress admin for 10 minutes and backup the content so I do not lose all of my work. I am interested in purchasing hosting from you all but cannot do so until September 8th.

The domain appears to be unsuspended to me. If you are looking for a way to backup your WordPress databases, it is far easier to go into cPanel and then PHPMyAdmin; once there, select the database you want backed up and hit export in the top tabs. This will avoid the problem of resource usage suspension.
