I am able to access your website fine. From the URL associated with your account, http://mermadeit.x10hosting.com/, I see a mer-made-it clothing and artwork page. Your cPanel, http://mermadeit.x10hosting.com:2082, is also loading fine for me.

Please try clearing your browser's cache and flushing your DNS, then try visiting your website again.
