site accessible only with proxy

Hi, if you think that this issue is due to server transfer please don't hesitate to close this thread.

All day i noticed that i could access my site using proxy but not with direct connection. Also all people trying to access from tunisia (my site is in french indeed) like me have timeouts. But i do not understand why it's still accessible through proxy.

NB: i'm under cossaks server for 3 months (corporate package).

still blocked sir, stoli is blocked from tunisia. but when i was on cossacks everything was ok

I am getting the exact same problem. Unless accessed with a proxy, I get an immediate 404 on my site. Everyone else can view it fine, however.

for me it keeps loading and then timing out. it's fast with a proxy.

I PMd you Mr Corey and here is a traceroute to my site showing that the blockage comes from your servers. It's a peering problem or something like this.
