Site and cPanel are not responding

Website is ogame.x10.mx. Everything was working fine last night, but now I can't login to my control panel (it says "taking longer than usual" and then "an error occurred") The site itself will not load, with the browser saying that the server did not respond. What do I do?

This says that they are updating the servers.

Well, it says that they were updating the servers, but that they already finished and everything is back online. Anyway, I'll just wait for staff to figure out what's going on, since I'm not the only one having a problem.
