Site and cPanel not working

Hi,

My site (crm-up.com) and the related cPanel account are not working. The site does not load with the error "The site is not available". And logingin to cPanel gets the same error.
Is it related to the latest updates made to the servers? Is it a temporary problem?

I was trying to follow the recommendation:
"(...) we recommend everyone to login to cPanel\FTP and take backups of their files to be on the safe side"
but the cPanel is not working as mentioned on my initial post. Is this normal?
When do you think it will be working again?

24h-48h to complete solving the problem?... hmmm the team works at the weekend? lol

Hi again,

Although now the website is up, the cPanel is still not working. The moment I open it it states "Login Attempt Failed". Also it does not recognize my user name and password.
Could you please check if this is still due to the maintenance? (Now my account has been moved to fris).
Please let me know as soon as you can what is going on as I need to perform some changes/maintenance on the site (that have been waiting for the last 2 weeks because of the server maintenance).
