it seems that my site on here wont load at all, its been a few days i use AT&T as my isp

a good test would be a 'traceroute' using your domain - from your computer - NOT a on-line traceroute

the last hop should be the IP of your server

if it is not look-up the IP and see who owns it - which will tell you who is blocking your site

Note where the traceroute stopped:

12.83.32.145

That is ATT and several hops before it would get close to x10hosting or their data center at SingleHop.

ATT is messing up.

This only potentially confuses the issue - AT&T is AT&T, and they will be able to deal with the query accordingly, no matter which division you speak with.
