I can login to my control panel, but get an error when I try to edit my site with site builder. Is anyone else experiencing this and received feedback on the issue?

Yes, exact same problem here
I wonder if there is somewhere to report the issue? Or, do you need to have a paid service to receive this type of support?

Same issue here. I was told I have to post in here because I have a free account.

Interesting, thank you. Hopefully they at least know about the outage.

I reported via email to x10hosting, and their support suggested clearing browser caches, but that did nothing. The problem happens regardless of which device or browser I use, they all get the same "Error: server error" when I click on sitebuilder.

I noticed that it is really quick to get the cpanel button upon login now, it used take 30 seconds or more, now it is almost instant. Perhaps they have updated cpanel and broken something?

Same. I tried both IE and Chrome and cleared my cache and no dice. I also noticed the Cpanel button is responding much quicker, likely because of the low traffic where site builder is inaccessible :|

it seems that sitebuilder redirects to infinitysrv.com, which is currently not serving http or https according to uptime.com. So looks like a server fault I think

I agree, I just emailed x10 as well and included a link to this forum string and explained briefly that we tried clearing cache and using different browsers. I will post any updates.

I am now able to login but unable to publish any changes but expect they are working on it.

Are you still able to access the site but not publish? I was able to for a short while. I just tried to log back into see if it was fixed - I am back to getting the server error.

Same here. been trying for 3 days to edit my site. Tried the different browsers, clearing caches, etc and also all I ever get when hit Edit with site builder link is Error: Server Error.

Still nothing? 5 days and people still cannot edit their sites? And the only response is "try clearing your browser cache"? Problems like this seem a little too common. And it feels like the vibe is "Hey, it's free. What are you complaining about?" I don't understand the point of offering something (even for free) if it's not going to function properly and there's going to be seemingly no support, and you're going to treat users like ungrateful redheaded step-children.

Anyone got other hosts in mind?

Same Error: Server Error. And this site was looking promising. Pity no one from x10 has posted here just to acknowledge the problem.

Same problem here. Glad it's not just me. In the past this has happened when Sitebuilder on X10 is out of date.

X10Hosting, time to fix the issue.

X10hosting apologised for the delay and advised they were working with the sitebuilder vendor for a fix and that it should be working now. Mine seems ok now.

I am able to login to sitebuilder and edit now so that problem appears to be resolved. However, I am now missing an entire page of content which took several hours to complete.
