Resolved Site can't be reached.

Your site appears to be working fine. Are you getting a 404 for your website, or when you follow the link to your server from https://x10hosting.com/sso/main ?
Yeah, I just realized the title of this post is misleading. What I meant to say is that I cannot get to cPanel anymore. When I go to SSO I get the cPanel button to go into the server admin. I have not been able to log in to manage my instance. The site per se is working.

Please, it is very important that I get access to the admin panel. I've tried many times with no luck.

Looks like your account didn't transfer properly, your site still loads from the old server which is why that part is working, but not accessing to admin panel.
This means we need to grab the account fresh from old server, lucky they are still online. However this is something I can not do so I have notified staff that can and are now awaiting his reply. Will let you know as soon as I hear back.
Ps. this type of issue is best reported immediately, I see you did login to the account in January and I would think you noticed then as well.

Thank you for looking into this matter. I may have logged in back in January to keep the account active, and have not had a reason to go into cPanel in a while. That is probably why I did not notice. If I did notice, I may have thought it was a fluke, maybe some issues with the service
How can I get the database data? It seems to be missing.
