site constantly down

Has any one else go issues with there site being down more than 95% of the time ?
I have not changed anything. Some days it works perfect some times nothing works.

Issues I have is page not found.
to many SQL connections.
Takes 5 mins to load.
SQL scripts appear on the web site.

Even getting to my Cpanal on LOTUS is intermitant. Some times it works some times half works and some times I get nothing.

Its becoming unusable.

Your website is loading fine for me at the moment.

There are thousands of users on free servers, Sometime server become unstable. But this is temporary

Yep comes and goes has good days and they 10 bad days.

Looking at paid but dont want to spend money and find the same issues.

As Zubair pointed out, the free hosting servers are very heavily loaded. They are also subject to a lot of intentional and unintentional abuse. The paid hosting servers have a lot less users per server and they do not receive as much abuse as the free servers, so the paid servers are much more reliable than the free servers. You also receive premium support with the paid hosting plans.
