Site Content Not Updating

Hi,

Having altered some files in the file manager they are seemingly not updated on the actual site... as in I change a file through cPanel then visit the address and the changes have not taken effect.

I have tried deleteing/moving files but it seems the changes are not updating to the website somehow.

Any help on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Your server is being migrated to a new machine.
During the process updates are done to one machine, while the Web sees the other (I do not know which happens where).
You should hold off doing upgrades (or make sure you have local copies of all your work) until the migration is stable.
No ETA on when that will be.
