Hi,
My site, ftp and cpanel are down.
I am not suspended and account portal login says: "your account is active and ready for use".
However:
site returns: 101 connection reset error (chrome) Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage (IE9)
ftp returns: ! Connection failed <mysite>.elementfx.com - connection timed out
cpanel returns a login screen but will not authenticate correct username and password.
also
dig +norec <mysite>.elementfx.com @ns1.x10hosting.com returns: no error.
Actually, I only want to put a 301/302 redirect to another site - if this is do-able I don't mind if the site/ftp/cpanel stays down.
My Support tickets have not been answered in a few days so I thought I'd post here as x10staff are probably busy.
Any suggestions to what I should do?
