Site & cPanel are down

This is my third thread I guess.

My site is down and I can't access cPanel.


Domain : al-asmar.org
Server : Stoli x10
cPanel user : asmar

Can you please tell me if those issues are going to be solved soon ?

Are you sure about that? Because I could access my website 2 days ago, and today I tried to access it from College which has a different ISP. In addition to that I can access my cPanel using Stoli IP.
So I'm not sure.
