Here is the issue.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This tells me that you have the permissions set wrong. They need to be set at 755 .

Have you made any domain name changes? If so what was the old domain name?

i know.. on the website.. yes.. i put it that way...

but i cant enter the CPanel....
and the website dont load too.. dont even says that i dont have permission...
