Why has my site been completely removed? I set it up last night but now the addon domain, the directory for it and everything is gone today. It took a while to set it up and it was for a friend of mine. Why has it been removed completely?

Also it is so slow, Cpanel takes about 5 minutes to change page and so does my website, 5 minutes is not an exaggeration.
