My site has disappeared and I can't acces my Admin portal to do anything about it.

Have I been suspended for some reason or is this just a glitch of some kind??

Same problem here and I have absolutely nothing on the website. I am just testing if this service is reliable to host my blog but it looks like it is a joke! I am getting this message - click on this picture to enlarge it:

I've got the same problem, 403 forbidden showing.

I believe, I have solved the error 403 problem by launching the command prompt in my Windows 7 system and then typing this:

ipconfig /flushdns

You need to be an Administrator to do this.

Hope this helps.

No it didn't. apparently, several people have had their sites go down and can't access the cpanel. I still can't get access to mine.

Is there a wat I can delete this account and start a new one with the same email address??

click on "Community Support" at top of this page and enter a "question" with 'subject "Can not log-in to cPanel"
there are a lot of "questions" about this type of error

You do not have the SAME error - check the 'Perms' in cPanel's file manager

Folder [ public_html ] for [ 0750 ]

all folders and there sub-folders inside that folder for [ 0755 ]

all files in [ public_html ] and in folders inside of it and in sub-folders of those folders for [ 0644 ]

be sure you do not have a 'block' in any [ .htaccess ] file

any folder or file with a 'Perm' of [ 0777 ] will not make your day
