Site doesn't show... Please help!

For some reason, my site (homebrew.x10.bz) doesn't show. I've installed SMF manually, but got an 404 on the /install.php. I used Fantastico (which, by the way, succeeded), but the site still shows this:

A friend of mine uses x10 too, with SMF, but with elementfx.com, and it works with him. I've done everything correctly, as I did it this way on another host too. How is this possible?

I am able to access your website, "The Homebrewer", with no difficulties other than your images are not displaying correctly. Try clearing your browser cache and try again. If you need farther assistance just let us know.

The problem turned out to be something with Boru being offline... As for the pictures - I'm going to reinstall it manually, as I used Fantastico at first...
