Hi, thank you for your time,
this is the owner or http://adobewhatisit.com . The site has not been up on a regular basis. The 500 internal server error is always there (atleast most of the time) . And trust me its quite frustrating for the site users.
I appreciate the service x10 provides and would really love to upgrade to premium when I have some $ in my paypal. Rest please kindly look into this matter. It isnt of today, I have been experiencing it from more than a week. Sometimes its up but mostly the error persists...

Hello,

Could you please post the contents of your .htaccess file? My test site on your server is working fine at the moment.

Hello,

Using the Joomla htaccess file is optional anyway. As long as it's called "htaccess.txt" rather than ".htaccess" it should have any effect. I'd recommend using the .htaccess provided, though. If you decide to, please insert the following on a new line underneath "RewriteEngine On":
Code:
RewriteBase /
If you insert it later on, it may not work.

Hello,

Looks like there are issues currently relating to ongoing maintenance.
Premium has a 99.9% uptime guarantee. You'd certainly not get these issues there.

Thanks.
