Site doesn't work

I just created a site and set my domain from medja.10x.mx to medja.co.cc and it redirects me to http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/ and I can't currently create a new support ticket on lotus so I'm posting this here. I've also tried adding the domain to my parked domains and that gave me an error. That's why I changed my domain in the account settings.
Please help

That is a temporary placekeeping page while the server updates itself so it can map incoming requests for your domain to you account files. It should disappear shortly. Please be patient and remember to clear your browser cache and history before checking your site.

I've been waiting for quite a while now and nothing has changed. But I know this is the best free web hostring out there so I'll just keep on waiting. Hope the server updates itself soon
