site down and no cpanel access

i saw the other thread about the site down and chris told him to go to this site http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082/login and i typed my username matt1213 but my PW dosnt work i tryed my 3 pw that i use all the time but nonoe of them work

can u help me out here THX
