Resolved Site down, cannot access cPanel, may have expired

Hello.

I've seen a lot of free users posting about this, I was wondering if I could get some help. I may be in the same boat because the last e-mail reminder I got was 23rd November 2019.

You're right that e-mail alone shouldn't be relied upon, but since it had been highly reliable form of reminder thus far I didn't plan an alternative, something which I'll make sure to correct. Is it still possible to recover the account still?
