Site down & can't login to cpanel

It has been over a week now, and I am still unable to access my site. I am also not able to login to the cpanel.

I can login to https://x10hosting.com/control/ and review my status ...

but when I try to access the site It times out, and if I try to login to the cpanel ... it says "Login Attempt Failed!"

HELP! ... please

any ETA for absolut?? I see other post saying it is the last to be migrated?
Why so long for an outage? couldn't you have kept it at least serving pages
until you migrate things??? I mean weeks with a complete outage ....
