Hi.

For quite a few days now I have been having access problems either to the CPanel or via FTP and would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same ?

Today (Sunday) I have tried to view my site but it's not there. Just incase, I tried :-

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.cowboys.exofire.net

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's not just you! http://www.cowboys.exofire.net looks down from here.
Check another site?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To be completely honest, the problems with my site / Chopin seem to be getting worse day by day and it is becoming very frustrating and annoying especially when the FTP keeps getting 'cut off' and the Cpanel just 'hangs' with no links being shown.

I've also opened a support ticket but for 2 days now there has not been any reply/answer.

Is there anyone from admin here ???

Is anyone else having these problems ????

I am on Chopin and having the same problems and understand your frustration.

This problem might be caused by the fact that they are currently terminating many inactive accounts, which may cause some server slowness. But at the end, since there are less accounts, the servers should be more stable overall.

Thanks !

I'm glad it's not just me but it's been like this for many weeks now and I was hoping that things were going to improve but it just seems to be getting worse !

If you are still at your pc after midnight (US Time) pls try to FTP coz from where I am (UK) it just don't
connect !

Could also be because there are so many users on CPanel that Cpanel and Apache Crash causing the server to crash. Just an add on there.
