site down. cossacks or apache?

hi,
In cpanel my site is shown as being on cossacks but when i try to view my site it won't load and a line of code appears with apache listed in it. Is this to do with the current changes you are making to servers?
my site has been down three days.

that's mean your account has been transferred but you can't upload files yet.... just sit and be patient
