Dear support,
My site has been down the past few days. Having tried accessing it on it's url http://thethirdbridge.x10hosting.com/ I got the message that a database connection could not be established. I logged into my account and noticed that the MySQL server is now called borunew rather than mysql-boru and so I thought that I just had to update my wordpress wp-config.php to reflect the new MySQL URL. So I updated mysql-boru.x10hosting.com with borunew.x10hosting.com
I now appear to at least be able to retrieve stuff from the database, but I'm not entirely convinced this was all I needed to change. My previously parked domain name www.thethirdbridge.org.uk still doesn't respond to anything when I try to access it. Are there new IP details here that I also need to update?
I'm also a little surprised that all this was neccessary - if URLs and details needed updating I would have been expected to be notified, so I guess that's why I'm writing this to check I'm not jumping the gun so to speak - and actually I should not change anything but that the downtime will be resolved soon without any issue.
Thanks.
