Site down for more than a week !!!

Everything is working fine when I look on my account info, but the site is absolutely not loading ! I can log in via ftp but the site is down down down....
Please help me out, now It's very important that my site works...

I get this error message....
Edit:
also in panel,, almost everything is offline...
Please can it be solved ? I need it!!!!!
