Site down for two days!!!!!!!

My site, cmdhelp.com, has been down for two days. When I try to open it, the "Server not found Firefox can't find the server at www.cmdhelp.com" error shows. My cPanel only works when I login to 74.86.116.188:2082. On my account page, the DNS indicator is red.

We are still having this issue. Sorry, we couldn't find cmdhelp.com.

The domain is either not set right with the domain registrar or something in your index.php or index.html, .htaccess file is set wrong.

What was your original domain name url.


The dns is located on another server. That will always show red until they edit the code to reflect that server.

The DNS was transfered a couple days ago and it worked until yesterday.
