Site down from migration?

I realize that the front-end servers are non-functional but should my hosted site itself be down if inactivity suspensions aren't being imposed? My site just displays a blank page.

hard to say,
my site still works but i dont use mysql or wordpress.
im on x05 but the migration wasnt done to it yet.
so my email and control panel dont work but my site does.

Thanks for the reply spacresx. Wouldn't you know it? My site is apparently on unlucky x13.

All I know is I’m on x13 and it seems to be a problem child server right now, some configurations were changed on it and after that it went downhill.

Hmm... That doesn't sound good. On the other hand, I have faith that these good folks will get it all resolved. I guess our server is one of the last ones being updated.

X14 servers are still down as my website hasn't come back on yet
