Site down. FTP, cpanel all down.

https://vox.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ on transfer comes up as down. won't load for me, my website wont load either.
http://theanonones.x10.mx/ doesn't work either.
Not sure what all is going on here but some info would be great.
Seems the mail server still functions however.
/edit... nope, nevermind. mail is not working either.

I, too, am experiencing the same problem:

Can not log in to CPanel or access anything via FTP
Website is reflected as down.
Email is down.

this cant be the dns cache as it is affecting multiple users, also X10 hosting have mentioned in other threads about server issues, so looks like there is something bigger going on with this being some sort of server issue

the reason why I checked the DNS cache is because it seems I'm the first one to notice it thanks to a well timed email from wordpress jetpack telling me my site was down.

Others made note of it before you

a better way to see if your site is up - than "check the DNS cache" - is --> [ http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/theanonones.x10.mx ]
it can tell you if 'others' can load your site - but when they can not - it will not tell you which is down "Cloudflare" or "x10hosting's free-server"

One would hope they rarely have to check if their hosting has gone dark. Two long outages in a week now.

Has there been any official word on what is happening or when it may be back up?

At least give me this one small victory in this mess of screwedupness. I mean I just "Re-launched" my site not 20 minutes before all this happened. the migration happened like 5 minutes after the first launch attempt. Might be my crappy luck though. lol
