Site down, FTP down, cPanel down

Hello, I run http://snailer88.x10.mx (yogbytes.com). I am having trouble accessing my website as a result of the migration.

FTP: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server"
cPanel: Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel.. Then "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at vox.x10hosting.com:2083"
Site access: "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at snailer88.x10.mx."

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My site is now up, but my files are all gone. Thankfully, MySQL is still intact.
