my site (vslatschau.x10.mx) has been down for quite a while now. i can login to account portal but not to cpanel. i got a reply in another (now closed) thread:
"OK, I'll add your account to my to-do list. I think I'm going to set up something where people with this problem can go to a site and type in their username and if it is the issue that I'm fixing it'll add it to a queue so that we don't need to dig through a bunch of support threads to find everyone with issues (since there are a lot)"
is such a site up already? or is there some other solution to the problem? many people seem to have this same problem.
