I logged into cPanel through https://x10hosting.com/portal/
Server: stoli
My File Manager shows No Files or Databases.
They appear to have been deleted.
This happened while I was working on the Site.
One minute there were there now they have gone.

I tried to reply to these posts below rather than create a new thread but am told I do not have permission to reply.
See:
http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/178254-forum-simply-does-not-work-should.html
(Still has not been fixed)

The same thing happened 8 days ago, see:
http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/178249-cpanel-websites-gone.html

Then the Server was down for around 8 hours.

I used the Support Ticket System but there was no reply last time for 6 hours so I figure this is still the best place to wait for answers, (I have no confidence in the Ticket System)!
!!!!!IMPORTANT!!!!! New Ticket System
Also this Forum Editor does not work without page refresh.

Could Admin Post and Inform this time as Admin due not seem to use the Announcements and Server Status to inform unless the Server is back on-line, well after the event.

Most probably - the SAN network is down again so all files are inaccesible although probably nothing bad happened to them. What is concerning is that it occured a week after a similar crash and what's more concerning is that e-mail doesn't work either. Not announcing such things and reply times exceeding 6-8 hours has become standard I think. A bad standard in my opinion. I would like to buy a premium service but such things don't make me eager to do it.

It is right no to panic other users as this, as said, did happen 8 days ago and the Accounts were back to normal when the issues had been resolved.
A bad standard in my opinion. I would like to buy a premium service but such things don't make me eager to do it.
That the Irony of it all, as I have also been looking for another Premium service.
I try the Free cPanel Hosters as I tend to judge the Paid Hosting by the Service of the Free Hosting.
It is difficult to find a free cPanel host that can step up to the mark as a Paid provider.

Well, stoli definitely went down, even the cPanel is inaccesible right now - I think they are working over it... Still, not a word in the 'news & anouncements'...

Oh wow been seeing what's wrong from my end as this morning i was using a different PC and all was fine, and tonight .. nothing. Was blaming windows then router, looked all over the place, searched the forum... only after 2 hrs did i check here.. lesson learnt.

Well not too impressed. V'been with 0000free but when setting up addon domain it doesn't work and their forum is down.. so i opened an account with x10 to see what their service is like.. better go figure it out back at 0000free if these outages happen so often around here!

That is exactly why I do not like the idea of:
!!!!!IMPORTANT!!!!! New Ticket System

At least on the Forum you may get to see others have the same problem.

The Ticket System is no good if you do not get a Reply.

I created a Ticket over 7 hours ago. No Auto Responder and No Reply.

As for:
if these outages happen so often around here!
They are actually not as bad as 0000free, (I took my TLD's off there some months ago, but still use the account for testing).
Actually tried to do some work on a Site today at 0000free, but gave up as MySQL kept going walkabout.

The problem with the Outages I have experienced here, in the last two weeks, is the time it takes to get the Servers working again, (2 events).

I'll stick around cause maybe it was just bad luck with the outage happening the day i register!

Cpanel is up but for some reason files are still nowhere to be seen and no folders can be created or files uploaded.

---------- Post added at 07:57 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:53 PM ----------

edit: filesystem is up
