site down since creation

I had a site before but I let it lapse. So recently (yesterday) I registered a new site (http://doesntexist.exofire.net) but has not been able to get on either cpanel or the actual site. The server seems to up though. Do I need to wait more time or is something wrong? My account username is hicannon and my server is crossacks. I had someone else check the site so I don't think it's a firewall issue. Thanks in advance!

We had some problems with the signup system yesterday.
Visit http://x10hosting.com/logout and then signup again.

First do the following: Clear your cache & temporary files, flush your DNS.
I've PMed you a new password for your hosting account, try to login now.
