Site Down - Unable to Access Control Panel or FTP

I'm able to log into my account, but when I click on Hosting Control Panel the resulting redirect to https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN times out.

Additionally, I'm no longer able to access my website via browser URL or FTP.

Is x13.x10hosting.com down?

Your IP was blocked in our system. The reason for the block was your IP has failed to access the email system over 50 times from this address.

I have removed the IP block and you should be able to see access restored. However, you will need to correct any email logins that may be failing to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Thanks - this is related to https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/emails-not-sending.216126/ then - I was trying to test the email system because it was not working for me - didn't realize my IP would be blocked as a result of this.
