hello for the past3-4 hours my site is down ( web and ftp )and i was wondering if there is something wrong(did i exceed any limit ? ) ...is there any way to check it or at least know when it will come back online?

I'm getting "Connection has been reset" on Firefox. It's probably just temporary server load/issues and should be back soon. Try to be patient. No, you probably didn't do anything wrong.
