My site is down...it happends over and over again. It works for a day or two and then off for a day...and the story goes on?
Why ?????

I checked the adress of the server but still nothing...???
Are they doing something on the server or what??
It's really annoying when your site is down 4 days per week

ulica.x10hosting.com is offlin...very often..i don't know the reason?!
But, i can access the account thru cpanel (sometimes) and always through FTP....

right now 70.86.136.178 has services that are down, so you'll ahve to wait til its fixed

Can someone tell me why their uptime seems to be 40% for the last month???
It's incredible that everyday i have to think if my site is going to be online or offline

The reason which has been mentioned twice - is that the server on that connectio is dow - you will have to wait until the sever is back up.

i understand that...but CAN someone answer me this...Why is the server non-stop (almost) down??? why??

Because there are 1000's of account's that need to be moved/terminated/altered, and the server load skyrockets when that is going on.
